WHAT IS A RETRIEVAL CODE?
You will need a retrieval code when you’re filling your application online or at a police station. Your photo can be found with the code. You will receive the retrieval code via text message.

The picture for a passport must be taken in the last 6 months. You can use the same photo to apply for both passport and ID-card!

A driving licence is not an official identification document! Passport and ID-card are official identification documents.
