COME VISIT US FOR A PHOTO!
We send your passport photo directly to the police electronically. You’ll instantly receive a photo retrieval code by text message (valid for 6 months), which you’ll need when submitting your application!
APPLY ONLINE
Fill out the application at https://asiointi.poliisi.fi. Enter the photo retrieval code we sent you, pay for the passport, and choose a pickup location. Delivery time is 5–8 business days depending on demand!
PICK UP YOUR PASSPORT
Your passport will be delivered to the service point you selected. You’ll receive a notification when it’s ready for pickup! When collecting your passport, you must prove your identity (a driver’s license is not accepted) and present the delivery code. You can also authorize someone else to pick it up on your behalf – the applicant must have a valid photo ID.
