GUIDELINES FOR ORDERING A PHOTO PRODUCT
1. Consider what type of product you would like.
Plan the appearance of your product in advance. If you want a printed mug, consider which side of the mug you want your image on, or if you prefer a panoramic image that wraps around the entire mug. Also decide whether you want a white mug or a specialty mug. For an additional fee, we can help design your product or edit and enhance the image you want on the mug.
Remember, you must have the right to use the image for the product. If you didn’t take the photo yourself, make sure to get permission from the photographer to use it.
2. Save your image in a shareable format.
We need your image in order to print it on the product! You can share the image with us by sending it via email as an attachment or as a link to a cloud storage folder (e.g., Dropbox or Google Drive) where your image is saved. You can find the contact details of your nearest store here! Our customer service team can assist you with any questions about transferring your image.
3. Visit our store!
Once you know what product you want, visit our store! During your visit, we’ll record your details, upload your image, and handle the payment for the product. Our customer service staff can assist you with any questions related to ordering your photo product!
4. Pick up your finished product from our store!
Photo products can be picked up no later than 24 hours after your order. We will notify you when your product is ready for collection!
